BOOTH INFORMATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY
- The vendor fees are $200 for merchandise, $250 for food, and $150 for exhibitors - These prices are regular registration until July 18th, 2025. This payment is non-refundable.
- The Organizers will be proving shared tents for all Merchandise and Resource vendors with a 6ft table and 2 chairs. It is the responsibility of the Food Vendor to provide a 10 x 10 tent, and the organizers will be providing 2 tables and 2 chairs for each food vendor. (Extra Tents will be available upon request at a fee. Please let us know if you need assistance)
- Vendor display schedule: Vendor Set Up: Saturday, August 2, 2025 – 8am to 11:00 am (All set ups must be done before 11.30am). Vendors who fail to set up before the agreed time will not be allowed to set up or will be fined a fee of $50.
- Vendor Break Down: Saturday, August 2, 2025 -7pm to 8.00pm
- Vendor Hours: Saturday, August 2, 2025 – 10 am to 8:00 pm
- Once vendor setup is done, road access to vendor booths will be CLOSEDuntil tear down.
- Vendors must secure merchandise and goods. Ohio Ghana Festival is not responsible for any missing items.
- Vendors are responsible for the trash in and around their booth or else they will be fined trash fee.
- Put your business name on the event's step and repeat standing banner for an additional $100.00
- Booth Space will be assigned after payment is confirmed
** All food vendors must ensure they have the right documentation/food license which comply with the Columbus food license requirements. Please contact us for assistance should you need help with this protocol.
Any damage to property caused by a vendor will be paid for by that vendor. Do not paint, tape, nail, screw, drill, or tack anything to the walls, columns, or floor. The vendor must comply with Fire Department Regulations and all other applicable laws and regulations.
**AN UNCOMPLETED APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT IN THIS YEAR’S FESTIVAL.
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
